What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is hosted daily between 14:00 and 18:00, and check-out is by 10:00. There is no self check-in and no late check-in outside this window — please plan your arrival accordingly.

Is secure parking available?

Yes. The Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is gated and patrolled, and each suite has its own dedicated parking bay.

How close are you to Kruger National Park?

Around 1 hour to Orpen Gate, 1 hour 10 minutes to Phalaborwa Gate, and 2 hours to Paul Kruger Gate from the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate.

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes — a full breakfast is always included in your stay. It is served between 07:00 and 09:00 on the roofed terrace surrounding the house. For guests heading out earlier (e.g. on a morning safari), grab-and-go packages are available on request.

Yes, free fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the lodge.

Is the property family friendly?

Yes, families with children twelve years and older are very welcome. Please note we only offer two-person bedrooms — we can add 1 extra bed to a room at a surcharge.

We work with trusted local guides for Kruger and private-reserve safaris, plus Panorama Route day trips.
We do our best to accommodate any request, please don't hesitate to send us an enquiry if you like us to arrange game drives or daytrips.

How do guests receive estate access or check-in details?

Accepted Answer

On the morning of arrival we send your personal access code and full check-in instructions by WhatsApp. No code, no access — so a valid phone number is essential.

Yes, WhatsApp is our preferred channel and is monitored throughout the day.
